national lottery grants search

The search feature allows you to search for Lottery grant information using certain criteria which are:

  • by good cause area;
  • by distributing body;
  • by geographical area;
  • by local authority;
  • by parliamentary constituency;
  • by the name of the grant recipient;
  • by the name of the project;
  • by grant date;
  • by grant amount.

good cause area
The Lottery currently funds four good causes: arts, heritage, sport, and the joint good cause of health, education, the environment and charitable expenditure. The separate causes of charitable expenditure; health, education and the environment; and millennium were funded in the past.
distributing body
Awards for All England Joint Scheme and Home Front Recall are joint Lottery funding programmes operated by more than one distributing body.
geographical area
The geographical, local authority and constituency area information for a grant can refer to either the address of the individual and organisation that received the grant and the wider area that benefited from the grant.
