Searching for grants in a geographic area
National Lottery grants benefit organisations and individuals operating and living
in the United Kingdom. The Big Lottery Fund has the power to give Lottery grants
to organisations and individuals in the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and to
UK based charitable organisations working overseas. Both the Sports Council for
Northern Ireland and the Arts Council for Northern Ireland can give Lottery grants
to organisations based within the Republic of Ireland if the project has an all-Ireland
benefit
Note: This database gives details of both Lottery grants which have benefited a
specific location or postcode and also those grants which either by their nature
cannot be linked to a specific location or where the Lottery grant benefits a wider
area than a specific location.
The ‘Overseas’ area includes the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, and worldwide.
‘Not Derived’ refers to grants where the geographic area cannot yet be determined
from the postcode associated with the grant. These grants are updated regularly.
To search:
Select a geographical area from the drop-down menu
Click on the 'Submit Query' button to view the search results
